Welcome,My name is Paulo Cesar Salazar. Born in Peru and raised in Belgium, I started Cesar Productions in 2009 after being inspired by the Hip-Hop dance and concept video movement occurring during my high-school years.
What you see in this portfolio partially defines who I am, what I’ve seen, the amazing people I’ve happily gotten to know and the great moments I’ve gotten to experience with them.
I enjoy art in all it's forms and whether it’s shooting/editing videos/photos, drawing, dancing or brainstorming for something fun and new… it all grants me the opportunity to express myself in different ways and it has also given me the opportunity to meet other wonderful and hardworking people.
